We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Our Services are for informational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

- Use our Services for unlawful purposes.

4. No Guarantee of Placement

While we strive to match families with suitable senior living options, we cannot guarantee placement or outcomes. Decisions regarding care or housing arrangements remain the responsibility of the client.

We respect your privacy.  Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. SMS

By providing consent to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge and agree to receive text messages from FamilyPath Senior Solutions at the phone number you provide.

 

Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties.​​ SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purpose of SMS are not shared with any third parties or affiliate companies for marketing purposes.

If you have consented to receive text messages from FamilyPath Senior Solutions, you may receive messages related to the following e.g., 

• Appointment reminders

• Follow-up messages

• Recommendations

For Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder we are due to tour the StoryPoint Senior Living Community in Birmingham, MI on Feb 22 at 10am. See you there!"  You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from FamilyPath Senior Solutions at any time."

Message frequency will vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week related to schedule appointments or  appointment reminders.

For Example:"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments."

You may OPT-IN to receive SMS messages from FamilyPath Senior Solutions verbally, during a conversation.

You can OPT-OUT of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.

7. Fees and Payment

Our Services may be provided at no cost to families, as we often receive compensation from senior living facilities. If any fees apply, they will be clearly disclosed in advance.

When/if communicating via SMS Messenger, SMS Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates will be charged by your mobile service provider. You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting “STOP” to the number from which you received the message.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- FamilyPath Senior Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
- We are not responsible for the quality, suitability, or outcomes of senior living facilities or third-party services.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided.
